If you could take a perfect food and make it even more delectable, then I think Nutella Cheesecake would be it. The combination of the hazelnut chocolate and the creamy rich texture of cream cheese makes for a dessert that disappears off the table every time I serve it to guests.
Continuing with my Super Bowl party foods series, this dip was made to be that perfect shareable no fuss dessert. You can enjoy your guests and your party, and present a dish they'll be raving about. The best part? This is a no bake, low mess, low fuss recipe. I hope you enjoy this no bake nutella cheesecake dip as much as we did! Serve with a side of your favorite cookies to dip, whether they be a light tea biscuit, graham crackers, or Oreos.
Nutella Cheesecake Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1 (8oz) package cream cheese
2/3 cup Nutella
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip (frozen whipped topping)
Optional toppings:
Ferrero Rocher
Chopped Hazelnuts
Chocolate Shavings
Whipped cream
Crushed Oreos
Serve with (optional):
Oreos
Graham Crackers
Tea Biscuits
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Strawberries
Bananas
Instructions:
Leave your cream cheese out on your counter for about an hour to soften and come to room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, add your cream cheese, Nutella, vanilla extract, and Cool Whip.
Using an electric mixer, mix your ingredients well until you achieve an even consistency in which all ingredients are well incorporated. Utilize a flat spatula to do a final mix and ensure all ingredients are mixed well.
Place your Nutella mixture into a serving bowl. If you would like to add optional toppings, feel free to sprinkle them across the top of the dip at this point. Whether it be chopped Ferrero Rocher, crushed Oreos, or any other topping, toss on top evenly.
Cover your Nutella dip with saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum, ideally overnight to get a firm texture.
Serve with a side of your favorite cookies as an accompaniment to this dessert dip. I like to place a variety of cookies and fruits on the side such as: strawberries, bananas, Oreos, graham crackers, tea biscuits, and small chocolate chip cookies. Noshejaan!
